Overview

Bentley’s sits in the middle of Stratford: a bar and restaurant known for its twenty draught beers, with guest lofts on the floors above. The property markets those lofts on character — a world of distinctive charm, rooms that are more than just a place to stay.

That positioning creates a specific problem. An independent property with a strong identity cannot afford in-room technology that feels generic. A guest who has walked through a room with real personality and then finds a hotel TV stuck on a stock input screen notices the gap immediately.

Independent properties also rarely have the on-site technical staff that a chain does. Whatever went into the rooms had to be manageable by the people already running the bar and the front desk.

The deployment

  • INNSTREAM.Pro
  • Hotel IPTV
  • Guest entertainment
  • In-room welcome
  • Property information
  • Centralised content management
  • All guest lofts

INNSTREAM.Pro went into every loft, giving guests live and on-demand entertainment alongside the property’s own content — what is on downstairs, what the kitchen is serving, and what is worth walking to in Stratford.

The important part is what it replaced: a set of televisions that each had to be configured individually. Content across every room is now managed centrally, so a change to the welcome screen or the dining information is made once and appears everywhere, by the team already on site rather than a visiting engineer.

Partnership

Delivered with OM Integrations, our partner on the installation and on-site delivery. Their familiarity with the property meant the rollout worked around a working bar and restaurant rather than interrupting it.

More work

A reception that demonstrates the product before anyone speaks

A connected digital signage installation for Sungrow’s new offices — reception display, a sensor-driven product kiosk on sliding rails, a touchscreen that extends into VR, and a large-format LED videowall.
