Consulting

Advice from people who build the software.

Independent guidance on digital signage strategy, vendor selection and rollout — for airports, rail and transit operators, hotels and retail estates.

01The problem

Most consulting in this space comes from one of two places. Either a strategy firm that has never commissioned a screen, or an integrator whose recommendation happens to be the product they resell.

Both leave you with the same problem: advice that isn't grounded in what it actually takes to run the thing afterwards. Outdated systems get replaced with differently outdated systems, and nobody owns the content.

We build wayfinding, passenger information and in-room platforms ourselves. That means we know where the difficulty really sits — and we have no incentive to point you at a particular vendor, including us.

02What we advise on

Where we're useful

01

Signage strategy

What the network is actually for, what belongs on each screen, and how content stays current once the launch excitement has worn off.

02

Vendor and platform selection

An independent read on the CMS, hardware and integrator market — including where a platform will constrain you two years in.

03

Technology assessment

A clear-eyed audit of the estate you already have: what is worth keeping, what is quietly costing you, and what should be replaced first.

04

Rollout and implementation

Phasing, installation sequencing and the operational detail that decides whether a deployment lands on time or drifts for a year.

05

Integration and data

Connecting signage to the systems that should be driving it — PMS, GTFS and live operational feeds — so screens reflect reality.

06

Training and handover

Making sure the people who run the building can run the system, without a support call for every content change.

03Timing

When to bring us in.

Before you commit budget

The cheapest time to change your mind. A short engagement here routinely prevents a six-figure decision that would have been wrong.

When a rollout has stalled

Deployments rarely fail on technology. They stall on ownership, content and phasing — which is usually what we end up untangling.

When you need a second opinion

You have a proposal in front of you and want someone who builds these platforms to tell you whether it holds up.

Tell us what you're trying to solve.

Whether you need a signage platform built, an existing rollout untangled, or a second opinion before you commit — we're happy to talk it through.
